What is etweb.dev?
etweb.dev is a self-serve web hosting platform: pick a pre-built website Template and we automatically provision, host, and secure a live Site for you — no server or deployment knowledge required. We also take on fully custom design and development projects for businesses that need something beyond the template catalog.
How do I get started?
Sign up, browse the template catalog in your dashboard, and choose a template and a plan. After a short branding setup (logo, colors, contact details), your Site is provisioned automatically and usually goes live within minutes.
What plans do you offer?
Three plans — Starter, Plus, and Pro. Starter covers everything you need to launch one site with its core features; Plus adds extra tools such as appointment booking and more room to grow; Pro unlocks every feature a template offers.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes — every Site gets a free etweb.dev subdomain at signup, and you can connect a custom domain you already own at any time.
Do I get email with my site?
Yes, once you connect your own domain. Create as many addresses as you like (for example [email protected]), then read mail in Webmail or manage it in cPanel. To send to outside addresses, first set up your domain for sending on the Sending domain page. Each mailbox holds up to 512 MB on Starter, 1 GB on Plus and 2 GB on Pro. Sites on an etweb.dev address don't get email. If your domain's mail already goes to another provider, such as Google Workspace, we leave it untouched. This means you keep reading and sending email exactly where you do today, and nothing changes for your existing addresses. Addresses you create with us won't receive mail unless you switch your domain's email over to us.
Can I edit my site’s content myself?
Yes. Your customer dashboard includes a content editor for your Site's text, images, and branding — no code or developer needed for routine updates.
Do you monitor uptime, and what happens if my site goes down?
Yes — every Site is monitored continuously. Extended downtime beyond what our Terms of Service allow can qualify for a service credit.
Do you build fully custom websites, not just template-based ones?
Yes — visit the Development page to request a quote for bespoke design, development, or analytics work outside the self-serve template catalog.
How do I change, cancel, or delete my account?
You can cancel or change your plan any time from your dashboard at etweb.dev/cp — see our Terms of Service for full details, or contact [email protected] for help. To delete your account and its data entirely, contact [email protected] and our team will take care of it for you.
